To ensure the safety and security of our members, you cannot enter any of the libraries without an ID card.
You always need your ID card with you to visit the library and borrow books.
Tooting
You are required to carry your ID on your person at all times.
If you forgot your card, you must first present yourself at Security Control Centre, who will verify your identity and provide you with a building pass. You can then present yourself at the Library Helpdesk, where staff we verify your details on our system, and issue you a temporary access card.
Your library record will be barred until the temporary access card is returned.
