Error signing in to online resources

If asked to select an institution when trying to access an online resource, you must select the institution name for the right campus. 

Using separate institution names will continue to be the case until the technical systems can be merged. Using links from your library website will eliminate most of these issues as they automatically direct you through the correct sign in route. 

Clerkenwell and Moorgate students and staff

Select City, University of London.

You will get an error message saying “Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'St. George's University Of London' and cannot access the application” if you select the Tooting campus access.

Select City St George's, University of London, Tooting campus.

You will get an error message saying “OpenAthens SSO. Sorry but we’re having trouble signing you in” if you select the Clerkenwell and Moorgate access.
