If a book (or other library item) on loan to you has been damaged please take it to the library help desk. We will pass it to our acquisitions team to assess whether it is in a fit state to be returned to the shelves or if we are able to repair it. If not, you will be invoiced for the cost of a replacement.

If it is clear the book is damaged beyond repair, please get in touch to let us know via our online form. If the item belongs to our Tooting library please speak to staff at the library help desk or contact: library@sgul.ac.uk
