- Download or export current publication list (either BibTeX or RIS file) from wherever your publications are held e.g. Google Scholar, previous institution’s repository. For Google Scholar we would recommend exporting as RefMan to create a RIS file.
- In Elements, click on Import Publications, from the Profile & work tab.
- Click browse to select the RIS or BibTeX file from your computer. Alternatively drag the file into the Upload area.
- Click Upload.
- Click the dropdown arrow to see detailed instructions.
- Choose appropriate option depending on how you want to add each publication.
- Click on Import when finished.
