How to merge duplicate publication records

Navigate to your
Publications
list in
Elements
.
Click the publication menu button for the publication you want to merge.
Click
Add to workspace
.
Click the publication menu button for the other publication you want to merge and
Add to workspace
too.
Select
Workspace
from the
Profile & work
tab.
Use the radio buttons to select both publications you want to merge
Click
Join
to merge the publications.
If the sources are the same (e.g. both manual records, or both Scopus records) you may need to confirm that you want to proceed.
Clear the Workspace
to finish.
