- Log in to Elements (https://publications.city.ac.uk/)
- Select the Profile & work icon to show an expanded list from which you can navigate Elements.
- Select My Profile, to make changes to your contact details.
- Select My research identifiers to add ORCID details and other identifiers to allow your articles to be automatically claimed.
- Select Publications to show the full list of your publications recorded in the database.
- Select Deposit publications to see which publications need full-texts deposited (usually the author accepted manuscript).
- Select Deposited publications to see publications already deposited to CRO
- If you have an existing publication list in a .bib or .ris format you can Import publications in this section (details here https://libanswers.citystgeorges.ac.uk/faq/186192).
- Grants aren’t managed through Elements.
- Professional activities can be recorded in this section.
- If the system isn’t retrieving details of your publications from databases, you can configure your name variants in Search settings.
